Cybersecurity Lead

TestPros is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to oversee and manage our cybersecurity efforts for the FDA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity management, regulatory compliance, and will ensure all deliverables meet the highest security standards required by the FDA.

• Develop and implement robust security protocols to protect systems and data from potential threats.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address potential security threats.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity in regulated industries, particularly with FDA requirements.

• Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and technologies.
