About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a cash register
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register
