We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team at Independent Appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a Loss Adjusting Unit within our national claims management business, focusing on expanding our Liability Division.
- Handle a diverse range of injury and third-party property damage losses, providing expert investigation and reporting services to clients.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Travel extensively throughout the Midlands, visiting clients and conducting site visits as required.
- Support the development of our team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Liability Adjuster within a loss adjusting practice.
- Proven track record of handling complex EL and PL losses, with expertise in personal injury and property damage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- ACII qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Basic salary up to £55,000, plus bonus and car allowance.
- Private medical care and 25 days holiday.
