Gaucho, a leading London restaurant group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Beef Expert to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for working with fresh food to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy kitchen, managing a small team, and following brand specifications perfectly. They should be able to prepare beef to a high standard and liaise with other sections to ensure timely service.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
