Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths Teacher to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning to students in KS3-KS4. If you are a confident and experienced Maths Teacher looking for flexible working opportunities in schools local to you, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable students to learn and grow.
• Provide class tuition, ensuring the needs of students are met and establishing excellent relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Inspire trust and confidence in students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in whole-school activities as required by the Headteacher.
• Adhere to all working protocols as agreed and published in the handbook.
• Plan and lead students in off-site enrichment activities.
• Ensure the safeguarding of students, including engaging in annual safeguarding training and induction training.

Person Specification:

• Successful class teaching experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the curriculum.
• Degree in Maths or related field.
• Maths QTS.
• Most recent employment reference details.
