The Academics team is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our secondary school in Redhill, Surrey. Our school provides a unique, specialist environment that closely fits the needs and challenges of our students, who have a wide range of moderate learning and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will support our students in achieving their full potential, working closely with our experienced teaching staff to deliver tailored support and guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1-1 support to students with complex needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Developing and implementing effective communication techniques
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. If you have a Psychology degree and a desire to work in a specialist secondary school, we would love to hear from you.
