Dispensary Associate

Job Summary:
The Dispensary Associate is a critical role at Trulieve, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding patients through their cannabis journey. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and informative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns about various products and their effects.
- Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process patient orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for Delivery Associate role).
Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent movement throughout the dispensary, with the ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to remain in a seated position occasionally and have the ability to see and hear or use prosthetics to function adequately.
