About the Role:

Ferrero is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data and Documentation Specialist to join our team in Greenford. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for managing the Ferrero document process and ensuring all new product changes are effectively managed across key divisions.

This role provides great visibility throughout the business, working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM's, R&D, Pack deploy, Co-Packing, and Legal/PR. You will take full responsibility of the RDP process, defining priorities and drive timings for the process & project configuration creation.

As a Supply Chain Data and Documentation Specialist, you will have a big focus on Master Data Management, ensuring all required data is entered into the correct systems to allow the production of local co-pack and receiving and selling of factory produced products. This includes warehouse data, finance data, and customer-specific data.

Your role will also involve managing and recording all packaging weights for green tax calculations, managing communication with external providers for green tax management and related data submissions, and timely completion of all products within the PFM platform, ensuring correctness as well as data quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the RDP process, defining priorities and drive timings for the process & project configuration creation.
  • Take full responsibility of the artwork process and manage requests for brands or flavors to be launched in the UK&I.
  • Participate actively in the implementation and improvement of IT systems and processes.
  • Ensure all required data is entered into the correct systems to allow the production of local co-pack and receiving and selling of factory produced products.
  • Manage and record all packaging weights for green tax calculations.
  • Manage communication with external providers for green tax management and related data submissions.
  • Timely completion of all products within the PFM platform, ensuring correctness as well as data quality.
Requirements:

Ferrero is looking for someone with NPD Process Management experience, good influencing and communication skills at all levels, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of processes. You will also have a level of project management skills and great business acumen.
