Job Title: Year 3 Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Year 3 Educator to join our team at an exceptional primary school in East England.

About the School

This is a two-form entry school in Fenland, Cambridgeshire. It is easily accessible by public transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacher from April 2024. The school has a Good Ofsted rating. The school is happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of KS2 students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth
  2. Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement
  3. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
  4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide comprehensive support for KS2 students
  5. Participate in school events and activities that enhance the educational experience
  6. Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and promote the well-being of all students
  7. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive and safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS, PGCE and strong academic background
  • Proven ability to motivate and engage students
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality education
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
  • Strong communication skills

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
