Strategic Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at The Collective Network Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of products through our supply chain.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to optimize inventory levels, manage inventory data, and drive improvements in our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute supply chain strategies that meet customer demands while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock while ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to make informed decisions regarding inventory levels and production planning.
• Supply Chain Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall performance.
• Communication: Communicate demand forecasts and inventory status effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.

**Requirements**

• A proven track record of experience in supply planning and inventory management within the food industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Rubicon, etc.).
