Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a profitable and well-organised office, providing an exceptional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lettings management, branch management, or a senior lettings negotiator role.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence.
