Manufacturing Associate Wanted

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team in North Herefordshire on a temporary basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production process, ensuring timely completion of work orders
  • Meet quality standards by following product specifications and work instructions
  • Participate in training programs, including compounding and moulding processes
  • Report any issues or defects promptly to maintain efficiency and quality
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in production or quality control is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • A team player with knowledge of health and safety procedures
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate (£87-£13.92) including shift allowance
