Inventory Management Team Lead

At Tapestry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Team Lead to join our Coach Europe team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Lead the inventory management team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory management decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in inventory management, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
