Sales Progressor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team at Pear Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from reservation through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to clients
• Chasing customers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure timescales are met regarding legal exchanges and completions
• Legally progressing plot sales, freehold sales, and commercial sales
• Producing weekly and monthly reports to board directors using Word, Excel, and the in-house system

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running.

• IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry)
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• Working towards targets and deadlines
• Assertive and highly organized
• Good on the telephone and excellent administration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 + £5,000 Commission. Our company offers a supportive and traditional work culture, complete with exceptional benefits, including hybrid working arrangements after probation.
