We are currently seeking experienced Senior Theatre Practitioners to join our theatre team as Clinical Specialists. In these roles, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and contributing to the development of the theatre team.

About the Role

This role requires at least two years of experience in surgical scrub and/or anaesthetics. As a Clinical Specialist, you will need to demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective in improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective.
  • Support the development of staff, including training and mentoring programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the theatre team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £43,141 - £52,698 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension schemes, life insurance, and annual leave.
