Join Our Team of Plumbing and Heating Systems Installers

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Systems Installer to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in installing our Air Source Heat Pumps in customers' homes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install low carbon technology in customers' homes, including Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Work as part of a team to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless installation experience
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 plumbing or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in domestic heating and plumbing systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive and 'can-do' attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

  • Competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per year
