We are recruiting for an experienced general litigation solicitor to join a historic high street firm in Dorking area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled solicitor to work independently, while benefiting from the support of the wider litigation team in London.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in general litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder & director disputes, boundary & land disputes and consumer disputes.
Key responsibilities include handling a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision, as well as contributing to business development and growing a practice. A following of clients would be advantageous but not essential.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of general civil litigation processes and relevant laws
On offer is a competitive salary range of £50-70k, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work with a prestigious firm that has been established for many years.
