We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our Paid Media Department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Senior Executives, Executives, and Assistants in delivering best-in-class Paid Media implementation across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Digital Display.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and account direction for our Paid Media campaigns, working closely with our tier 1 partners such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and mentor our junior team members, including Assistants and Executives, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Manage key stakeholders across the business, including integrating with other parts of the Multi-Channel team such as Organic Search, Affiliates & Partnerships, Content, CRO, and Analytics teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Paid Search and Paid Social accounts, including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, and reporting.
- Be an expert in all relevant 3rd-party tools and technology, and continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals and KPIs.
- Accurately forecast potential delivery for your accounts and help develop the Paid Media department by being innovative and sharing knowledge and processes.
- Develop a close working relationship with external suppliers, including Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter, and other key partners.
- Ability to identify issues and be proactive in providing solutions.
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure across a high level of Paid Search and Paid Social accounts.
- Effective team management skills.
- Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, and Google Docs.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- A high attention to detail.
- Experience in managing sophisticated Paid Search & Shopping and/or Paid Social campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Paid Media, from an implementation perspective.
- Google Analytics.
- An appreciation of the Paid Media ecosystem, including how Paid Search influences Paid Social.
