**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Runwood Homes, one of the UK's largest residential elderly care providers. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service
* Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home or hospitality setting
