Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Talbot Court development in Bridgnorth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality individual care to residents, enabling them to live later life well.
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
- You will be driven to deliver high-quality care and support, and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- You will be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to commit to a regular schedule.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.88, with the potential for additional earnings for evening and weekend shifts.
