Sports Generation is a pioneering swimming business based in and around the Shepperton area, dedicated to providing high-quality coaching services.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting self-employed Swimming Coaches with Swim England or STA certification. For Swim England qualifications, both Level 1 and Level 2 certificates are required, while STA qualifications need both the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to diverse skill levels and age groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative lesson plans and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson attendance, progress, and certifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching certification from Swim England or STA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
