Job Summary:

Ridgewater Energy is seeking a skilled Energy Advisor/Assessor to join our team in Dorset. As a Home Visiting Energy Specialist, you will conduct home visits to provide energy advice to clients, upskill to complete relevant scheme home visits, and assist with project-specific administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to provide energy advice to clients
  • Upskill to complete relevant scheme home visits
  • Assist with project-specific administration tasks, including completing paperwork, reports, and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS check
  • Car owner
  • Fitness to climb ladders and carry light boxes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
