Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
  • Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
  • Develop global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
  • Provide cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work.
  • Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
  • Additional global mobility, compensation, payroll, and taxation experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
