Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Management Accountant to join our team at Keeler Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, and managing financial control of eCommerce transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the monthly management accounts reporting cycle, including accruals and prepayments, stock reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Manage financial control of eCommerce transactions, including monthly reconciliations by payment provider.
• Complete National Statistic surveys.
• Aid in year-end audit requirements and prepare draft statutory accounts and corporation tax reconciliations.
• Act as a finance partner to the Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, and Sales teams, providing monthly cost analysis and ad hoc requests to support decision-making and cost control.
• Provide financial support to all business stakeholders.
