Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Associate to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to visual merchandising displays.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with confidence
- Contribute to visual merchandising displays, ensuring visually appealing and engaging store presentations
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
