Multitrade Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multitrade Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out construction works on void property renovation projects and tenanted property responsive repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.
  
• Tiling, plastering, painting, and decorating.
  
• Plumbing: Full bathroom replacements, toilet installations, sink and basin installations, leak repairs, tap repairs, shower repairs, waste pipe repairs, isolation valve repairs, stopcock repairs.
  
• General Property Maintenance: Polysafe flooring and latexing.
  
• Experience of working within the social housing sector.
  
• Knowledge of using a PDA (desirable) - training will be given.
  
• Follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
  
• Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus).
