Conveyancing Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and capable Residential Conveyancing specialist to join our friendly modern law firm in North Wales. As a qualified Solicitor with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property, you will work alongside our Conveyancing department, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners.

Your responsibilities will include handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions autonomously from instruction to completion. You will be responsible for sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy transactions.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the continued development of the Conveyancing department, assisting with business development and being an active part of the office's long-term expansion and planning.
