Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen inventory, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
