Job Summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to lead our clinical teams and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction and leadership to all clinical staff, including nursing, allied health professionals, and medical staff.
  • Lead the delivery of clinical standards of care across all clinical areas, promoting a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the hospital team provides safe, effective, caring, and responsive patient care in a safe and high-quality clinical environment.
  • Drive the financial and operational performance of the hospital while maintaining the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered practitioner/Diploma/ relevant Health Speciality Degree/Degree Level qualification.
  • Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially.
  • Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements.
  • Experience of working in the Independent Sector.
  • Professional experience across more than one clinical speciality or discipline.
  • Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways, and system reform.
  • Commercial experience.
