Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards are met and compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake Refrigeration, AHU, and TMV maintenance, including testing work on completion.
- Manage van stock and participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as designated.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic worksheets and timesheets.
- Exercise divergence with client plant and equipment, highlighting defects to line managers when necessary.
- Assist in monitoring practices and routines to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Undertake robust site-specific risk assessments.
- Mechanical and/or Plumbing Qualifications.
- AHU maintenance.
- TMV maintenance.
- Basic competency in using technology, email, and internal software systems.
- Full driving license essential.
