Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- No prior social care experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
