Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Insights Specialist to join our team at ENI - Elizabeth Norman International. Based in London, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in media insights, advertising research, or media measurement/effectiveness roles within an agency or media owner. Your expertise should demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, an interest in identifying solutions, and a successful history of leading projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Using our clients' substantial proprietary data to publish insights at the forefront of the evolving TV ecosystem.
  • Crafting engaging stories from insights & data to support ad-sales narratives in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
  • Delivering custom marketing effectiveness support to the largest global brands.
  • Establishing & maintaining relationships with third-party research and data partners.
  • Presentation and collaboration directly with external and internal stakeholders.

To be successful, you will possess considerable experience in media insights, advertising research and/or marketing science roles, familiarity with CTV, digital and/or TV media, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to explain complex issues in simplified terms.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
