Job Title: Education Support Assistant

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Location: Dorking

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

Job Duties:

* Provide support to students in EYFS, SEN, KS1, KS2, Primary, and Nursery settings
* Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks
* Work with teachers to implement individualised education plans
* Support students with special educational needs to access the curriculum
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

Education:

* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare

Experience:

* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Experience in supporting learning across different age groups

Knowledge and Skills:

* Understanding of EYFS, SEN, and Primary curriculum
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
* Good organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
* Additional training in specific areas such as Autism Awareness or Makaton

Working Conditions:

* Working hours: Full-Time, temporary position
* Supporting students in various educational settings
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
