Key Responsibilities

• Motivating your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
• Coaching and developing your team to maximize their potential
• Daily management of your team including schedule adherence, absence, managing individual and team performance and adherence to company policies
• Analyze and improve workflows, establish standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards
• Work as one team to drive and support the company culture
• Meet key performance objectives, as set by management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial position
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written, and in a professional manner
• Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines and demanding targets, showing an ability to react to change and a flexible approach to working hours
• Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude – and a desire to self-develop.
• Exceptional organization skills
• Competent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Suite
• Data analytics experience

Salary and Benefits
