About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays and ensuring products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Engage with customers to promote products, services, and loyalty programs, providing expert advice and support.
