About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients with complex mortgage requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mortgage advice and guidance to clients with adverse and complex mortgage requirements
  • Work closely with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance incentives
Requirements
  • Full mortgage qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in the industry with a proven track record
  • Experience handling adverse and complex mortgages is essential
  • Strong organisational skills to deal with the volume of business
  • The hunger and drive to succeed in the financial services industry
  • A resilient, positive and friendly approach
  • A team player attitude
  • The ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
