Job Summary:

Brandon James Ltd, a leading construction consultancy based in Cambridge, is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the company's success by providing expert quantity surveying services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and tender schedules.
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare site reports.
  • Manage variations and changes to contracts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the senior quantity surveyor to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or Construction-related degree (minimum 2.1).
  • UK Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Excel and other relevant software.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
  • Driving license.
