We are seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing tailored consultancy services to our customers, developing strong relationships to meet their unique needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy services to a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships to meet their unique needs.
  • Achieve utilisation targets, ensuring a significant portion of your time is chargeable. Provide timely reports on utilisation metrics.
  • Lead software implementation projects, integrating new systems with existing ones. Conduct assessments, plan implementations, and offer post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with legacy providers and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions, facilitating communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, applying best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a consultancy role, with a focus on payroll software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legacy systems and their integration challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
