Gaucho Ambassador

About the Role:

Gaucho is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Receptionist to join our Manchester team. As a Gaucho ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that reflects the high-end standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product knowledge as taught at the Rare L.A.B
• Attend and respond to all post-academy company training
• Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork
• Support, train, and act as a role model to new team members
• Complete quality preparation of all duties to set up and close the restaurant and shift to standard
• Greet guests warmly and show them to the bar or restaurant in accordance with Cycle of Service standards
• Transfer guests elegantly from the bar to the best available table and ensure they are seated according to Cycle of Service standards
• Update and monitor section, cover, and status information throughout service and inform the manager of any issues
• Thank guests warmly on departure

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Receptionist

Enthusiasm for hospitality and a fast-paced working environment

A warm and hospitable personality
