The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy assessment, advice, and rehabilitation to residents discharged from hospital for further rehabilitation. The role involves working in a rehabilitation unit with 13 beds, providing OT advice to residents, carers, family, and multidisciplinary team members. The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) or equivalent Occupational Therapy qualification, HCPC Registration, and experience working with the elderly. The role offers a competitive salary, enhanced pay on bank holidays, and opportunities for training and development. The successful candidate will be part of a team that prioritizes resident care and well-being, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and document in a timely manner. The role also involves conducting off-site access visits, attending multidisciplinary team meetings, and providing training to care staff on equipment assembly.
