About the Job: We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £21,907.80 per annum, based on 38.5 hours per week. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive full training, paid induction and shadow shifts, and access to our E-Learning incentive scheme.
Job Description: As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as participating in holistic caring activities and promoting independence. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of care work in a hospital, care or nursing home setting. A passion for care of the elderly and relevant qualifications, such as NVQ2/SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care, would be desirable but not essential.
