About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at ABode Chester. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a high level of service quality and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service and hotel operations.
