We are seeking an experienced and accredited family and systemic psychotherapist to join our innovative and dynamic clinical service in Croydon, working in the Children and Families Services.
As a Senior Clinical Therapist, you will work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting our practice framework that has systemic practice at its foundation. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and young people, carers, and networks, and supporting the creation, provision, and governance of a specialist and clinical service.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in systemic supervision, experience of working in diverse ways with a range of children and young people, carers, and networks, and the ability to teach and undertake direct work with a multitude of skills at their disposal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services to children and young people, carers, and networks
- Support the creation, provision, and governance of a specialist and clinical service
- Work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead to support our practice framework
- Develop and implement systemic practice approaches to improve outcomes for children and young people
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the service
