Senior Clinical Therapist - Children Services

We are seeking an experienced and accredited family and systemic psychotherapist to join our innovative and dynamic clinical service in Croydon, working in the Children and Families Services.

As a Senior Clinical Therapist, you will work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting our practice framework that has systemic practice at its foundation. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children and young people, carers, and networks, and supporting the creation, provision, and governance of a specialist and clinical service.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in systemic supervision, experience of working in diverse ways with a range of children and young people, carers, and networks, and the ability to teach and undertake direct work with a multitude of skills at their disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical services to children and young people, carers, and networks
  • Support the creation, provision, and governance of a specialist and clinical service
  • Work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead to support our practice framework
  • Develop and implement systemic practice approaches to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the service
