Profile Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales/Profile Administrator to join our team in Telford area.
Job Role:- Assist in the administration of sales operations.
- Liaise with accounting teams to process sales invoices and purchase invoices.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accurate data and collaborating with credit control teams.
- Raise proforma invoices as required.
- Review sales orders for release and production, generating orders for the Profiles Department.
- Manage goods and services receivable, attaching relevant documentation and certificates.
- Maintain inventory records and spreadsheets of Goods and Consumables purchased.
- Interact with suppliers of goods and services.
- Generate reports for management using ERP and Excel.
- Update employee personnel files.
- Prepare stock take documents.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve company objectives and policies.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards established by the company.
- Nurture a positive team environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and computer literacy.
- Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Able to handle workload pressures and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexible working hours: 07:30 till 16:00 or 08:00-16:30.
- Hourly salary range: £12.50 - £13.00, with an estimated annual salary of approximately £25,000 based on full-time employment.
- Temporary to permanent employment opportunity, lasting 12 weeks.
