Sales/Profile Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales/Profile Administrator to join our team in Telford area.

Job Role:
  • Assist in the administration of sales operations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with accounting teams to process sales invoices and purchase invoices.
  2. Process sales orders, ensuring accurate data and collaborating with credit control teams.
  3. Raise proforma invoices as required.
  4. Review sales orders for release and production, generating orders for the Profiles Department.
  5. Manage goods and services receivable, attaching relevant documentation and certificates.
  6. Maintain inventory records and spreadsheets of Goods and Consumables purchased.
  7. Interact with suppliers of goods and services.
  8. Generate reports for management using ERP and Excel.
  9. Update employee personnel files.
  10. Prepare stock take documents.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve company objectives and policies.
  12. Maintain Health and Safety standards established by the company.
  13. Nurture a positive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
  3. Experience with Microsoft applications and computer literacy.
  4. Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
  5. Able to handle workload pressures and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Employment Benefits:
  • Flexible working hours: 07:30 till 16:00 or 08:00-16:30.
  • Hourly salary range: £12.50 - £13.00, with an estimated annual salary of approximately £25,000 based on full-time employment.
  • Temporary to permanent employment opportunity, lasting 12 weeks.
