Compliance Risk Management Specialist

At Customers Bank, we're looking for a skilled Vice President to join our team. This role offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working collaboratively to achieve business goals. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through personal development plans and work from home or office, with 3 set office days.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and be able to interpret and apply them effectively. You'll review business units for compliance with banking regulations covering deposit and lending areas, utilizing tools like Resolver or other Governance Risk Compliance software. Time management and priority setting skills are essential in this role.
