We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 people, including 5 engineers, 1 supervisor, and 1 coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of 3 estates of 50-70 buildings, ranging from huts to large buildings.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control costs associated with maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a Hard FM or similar background.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UK driver's license.
