Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our new Domiciliary team in Richmond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality home care services to clients within budget, working closely with our franchise owners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience in startup and CQC registration. You will be responsible for providing strong management and leadership to all staff, ensuring they are fully aware of their responsibilities and duties, and have the necessary support to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safe delivery of all services in line with legislative requirements and company policies
- Undertake training and development to stay updated with the law, best practice, and company policies
- Monitor health and safety in the workplace and the field, and act as a lead for infection prevention and control
- Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements
- Implement quality management and improvement systems, effectively managing complaints and incidents
- Carry out a full assessment of each client's needs and associated risks, and oversee the writing of a tailored care and support plan
- Provide clients and their representatives with information about the service, ensuring their expectations are met
- Manage CQC registration and startup of the office, alongside recruitment, induction, and training of the office team and support staff
- Ensure sufficient, suitably qualified staff are allocated to meet service demands and client needs
- Implement company policies and procedures regarding absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters
- At least 3 years Registered Manager experience, including startup and CQC registration
- Professional and compassionate, with excellent time management and reliability skills
- UK Driver's license and own car
- Excellent understanding and experience of the Care Industry and home care support
- Supportive team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in risk assessments and CQC Inspections for care services
- NQV Level 5 Social Care Leadership & Management
A satisfactory DBS check, full UK driving license, and own vehicle with relevant MOT are required for this role. The ability to start immediately is preferred, and a salary of between £45,000 is on offer, dependent on experience.
