Financial Analyst

Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to support our growing finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly contract accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Lead project credit control and labour allocations to optimize resource utilization
• Ensure costing accuracy and implement effective budgeting and re-forecasting processes
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with VAT, CIS, and PAYE regulations

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA part-qualified or qualified by experience
• Strong IT skills and experience with contract/project accounting (desirable)
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with finance and non-finance staff
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data
