We are seeking a highly skilled Product Area Specialist to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct levels of stock across the business. This involves working closely with the buying team to forecast and plan new and continuity products. Your expertise will be crucial in holding responsibility for a product area, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized and our customers receive the best possible service.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and forecast product demand, ensuring that our inventory levels are aligned with customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
