Job Summary:

Purview Services is seeking a skilled Aerospace Technical Author to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a remote worker based in the UK, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our leading banking client's PAM project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. PAM Project Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including architecture overviews, configuration, integration, and implementation design documents.
  2. Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to create clear, accurate, and aligned solution design and architecture documents.
  3. Visual and Editorial Excellence: Produce high-quality documentation that effectively combines graphics and text to convey complex technical information.
  4. Document Library: Own and maintain the project document repository, ensuring all PAM project documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  6. Template Standardisation: Create, standardize, and manage templates for various documentation needs within the PAM project.

Requirements:

  1. Strong technical understanding of solution architecture and design.
  2. Experience working in large-scale strategic programs.
  3. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  4. Experience in establishing best practices for knowledge management and documentation repositories.
  5. Ability to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Confluence.
